I started as a software developer, shipping web applications and backend services for small teams who needed things to simply work.
Over time I noticed the same pattern everywhere: talented people buried under repetitive work. So I expanded into AI, automation, workflow engineering and business systems — designing agents and pipelines that quietly handle the busywork.
Along the way I learned that great software still fails when nobody understands it. That pulled me into technical writing and copywriting: documentation people actually read, and landing pages that actually convert.
Today I work across all four disciplines, which means a client can get architecture, implementation, automation and the words around it from one place.
